  • Responsible for full cycle project implementation as well as support and enhancement projects.

  • Experience in Manufacturing operations is required.

  • Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) which includes user requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, implementation, and documentation.
  • Experienced in Full-stack PHP development, proficient in all stages of web development, from conception to deployment.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates with excellent academic results will be considered.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
  • You will work closely with various teams, including business stakeholders, software engineers and quality assurance, to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.
  • Your expertise will be critical in defining product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to facilitate the software development process and deliver high-quality products.

To be successful in this role you will need the following.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Product Consultant or similar role in software development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and software development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Participating in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) which includes user requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, implementation, and documentation.
  • As part of the team, you will motivate and be a strong mentor to the rest of the development team to ensure the successful delivery of the various products and solutions within estimated time frames.

To be successful in this role, you need to:

  • Be experienced in Full-stack PHP development, proficient in all stages of web development, from conception to deployment.
  • Enjoy web development using LAMP (PHP) stack with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Be constantly involved in design and development of new and exciting features to add to the current product offerings.
  • Good knowledge in Ajax / JavaScript / JQuery / HTML / CSS and Bootstrap.
  • Strong experience with PHP frameworks. (Symfony / Laravel preferred)
  • Have experience in solving problems and tasks of different complexity.
  • Be able to distill complex problems through the application of design patterns.
  • Have profound view of the project development and suggests the best ways to develop having in mind the final market goal.
  • Be able take up a full-on ‘development-deployment-launch’ workflow process.
  • Have the ability to mentor and lead activities performed by the junior developers.

 

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional technical support, troubleshoot software issues, and work closely with customers to ensure a seamless experience. The Software Support Analyst will be a key contributor in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Support Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

About the Role:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process. Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Working with senior team members to identify and collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Min Diploma/Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
  • Min 1 year or less working experience /Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Power Point, Excel.
  • Ability to work well to work in team environment.
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
  • Great networking skills, self-motivated and results oriented in pursuing and achieving objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication In English, & Bahasa & other languages will be added advantages.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
