Internship Programme

At Phitomas, we believe the future of technology starts with developing the next generation of talent. That’s why the Phitomas Internship Program gives final-year students real industry experience in a fast-moving technology consultancy with international exposure.

The internship runs for three to six months at our Petaling Jaya office. During this time, you’ll rotate across different departments so you can explore areas like Software Engineering, ERP Consulting and ERP Technical Solutions. Instead of just observing, you’ll work alongside teams, contribute to real projects and experience how different business functions operate.

You’ll also be guided by mentors and department leaders who will help you build confidence and practical skills. If you perform well, you may be shortlisted for the Phitomas Graduate Program and continue your journey with us.
